Physician and Medical Entrepreneur Roberto Zayas MD

A cum laude graduate of Harvard University with a bachelor of arts in chemistry, Roberto “Bob” Zayas MD graduated in the top third of his class from John Hopkins Medical School. After completing a transitional residency at Baylor College of Medicine, Roberto “Bob” Zayas MD spent several years in locum tenens positions and three years in private practice in Houston, Texas.

In 2020, Dr. Robert Zayas co-founded Gapodox, LLC, a Puerto Rico-based cryptocurrency and public security hedge fund. He oversees all aspects of the fund’s management, including administration, growth and planning, and strategic management. Dr. Robert Zayas also serves as a consultant in medical technologies and medical software development for Z Med Clinics. He is the founder of Z Medi Spa, LLC, a clinical medical spa in The Woodlands, Texas.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Robert Zayas MD has supported several community organizations, including March of Dimes, Depelchin Children’s Center, and the Ronald McDonald House. He is also a former benefactor with the College Board. In his free time, Robert Zayas MD enjoys writing, traveling, and mentoring younger professionals.
